Leaning & Working histories

  • 2000 年开始接触计算机，高中是职业中专，计算机专业，并在01年有了一台个人电脑，开始折腾硬件，最后发现那玩意儿不是我喜欢的，后面开始自学 VB，并通过别人的代码修改出两个产品： NiceIcon, NiceForm 惭愧…
  • 2004 年开始第一次接触网页设计，并在 icpcn 上面建了一个简单的个人网站；
  • 2004 考入四川托普学院，可视化程序设计专业，主修 Delphi，由于比绝大多数同学都提早接触电脑，甚至编程，所以当大家还在学习计算机基础的时候，我已经开始自学Delphi。并自学 ASP，并花了一个星期的时间完成了我的第一个动态网站StudioWeb;
  • 由于高中做 NiceForm 的原因，我对UI设计也很感兴趣，开始自学UI设计，经常游走在各大设计论坛，如 ChinaUI,UITimes,BlueIdea 等 (我的ID:hcnsoft)…并通过这个技能接过好多笔外包项目，使得我的大学时代的口袋充裕；同时对用户界面/色彩等打下了一些基础；
  • 2004 年用Delphi独立完成了第一个自己桌面软件产品： Account(个人账目管理) ，此时我们学校的 Delphi 课程才刚刚开始，第二年做了自已的第二个软件： ArticleEncoder ；
  • 2005 年担任学校软件协会部长，同其他人一起用 Delphi 完成了一个电力预付费系统，可惜经验不足，客户没用；
  • 2005 年开始自学 .NET，完成了一个软件协会内部的OA软件；
  • 2006 年被一家杭州的旅游网站团队(泊客科技)看中，提前出校参加工作，开始接触 ASP.NET 开发，由于师父(潘卿)的细心教导，很快入门，这段时间正值 Web2.0 火的时候，学到很多东西，越来越对互联网感兴趣，期间跟另外个作前端的同事(许风)学会了 SEO；
  • 2006 年，在泊客科技做了半年后，由于老板不讲诚信，多次骗我说下个月长工资… 离职回了成都；
  • 2006 年底加入成都纬纮(Weihong)科技，承蒙上司(詹然平)看得起，当了个项目组长，负责下面四个人，和技术负责人，让我学到了一些项目管理经验，期间做过10多个项目，一个 CRM，一个 Bug管理系统,几个玩具网站,一个相对复杂一些的站内搜索引擎，还有一个CMS系统；
  • 2007 年我加入了凌阳成芯，壹旅游网站团队，担任网站技术经理，一直做到了现在；
  • 2008 开始接触 Linux 系统, 接触 Python 等动态语言；
  • 2009 完全踏入 Linux 开发环境，不再使用 Windows 系列，开始用 Ruby 作为主要的开发语言，用 Ruby 重构壹旅游,结果非常成功；
  • 2011 做了个 Quora 的克隆版起名叫者也，并且瞬间火了一把，上线第一天访问量过万，并且被很多知名人士，VC推荐和关注;
  • 2011 加入淘宝MED团队, 搞了 Ruby China 并很快成为国内公认最好的 Ruby 中文社区网站;
